Meet Avian L. Tisdale MD, MBA, Paralegal

How did you learn all of this stuff? Where do you get these ideas from?

After answering those questions enough I realized there were many more ways my expertise could help people. As a board certified physician and paralegal with an MBA in finance, I founded DHM to lead the way for physicians in the business of healthcare.

In addition to practicing medicine, I have held several leadership roles including Regional Director and Chief Medical Officer. As Founder and CEO of DHM Consulting I provide customized support for new executives and operations management expertise for companies nationwide.

As a former executive, I help physicians navigate the intersection of medicine, business and employment. I work directly with private clients to evaluate their current compensation, future opportunities, and business structures. All clients receive a detailed portfolio and customized video.
